Well I've been thinking about this for a pretty long time, but now I've decided to go on with it.

About your gaming experience:How long have you played Tibia?: Since April 25th, 2005
What servers do you play on?: Pythera
What is the highest level of your character?: 82 so far, planning on getting up to 100 as soon as school exams end.
Have you ever been banished?: Once
If yes, what was the reason?: I was a participant of a n o o b war (had to say that, otherwise it would say "esteemed newcomer"), which was developed by me and I even submitted a Shortnews on it, on January of this year. I attempted to make another one, became shortnews again, but no one wanted to have a n o o b war with sds.
Do you have any other skills that we may consider?: Well first of all my main language is Spanish, which can be very helpful making traductions. Second, I've studied english all my life, to the point that I'm capable of fluently talking it. Third, I learned through all these years how to communicate in portuguese, be it by writting or talking. Ortography might be a bit of a trouble for me on that third language though, but I always do my best.
Reasons for your application:Why do you want to become a journalist? (detailed explanation please): I believe that the main reason for my application as a journalist is that I love reading news in this site, but sometimes I wish I could correct some misunderstandings and make my own so that they are correctly done. Interviewing people is one of my favorite things to do, not a hobby though, since I don't really practice it too much. Also, I love taking screenshots of important moments while playing Tibia. I keep a record of most of my levels, quests or funny moments I have. I've submitted a few though none of them ever saw the light of the public. Last but not the least, I always love discussions about things related to Tibia. Be it screenshots, news, questions, pretty much everything.
How can you help improve TibiaNews?: I would take my time to look up for information regarding what is going through Pythera and Tibia in general, and submit a summary of what I get. Also I would contribute to answer questions, submitting PoTDs and hopefully helping TibiaNews Staff with whatever they might need.
What are your personal strengths/weaknesses?: I tend to stand-up for my point no matter what. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm not, but it all depends on what point of view you have the situation and what are your thoughts about it. I guess that it is both a strength and a weakness since it could help you out until a point (thanks for the idea Ro'). Though I must remark that one of my strenghts is the ability to be friendly with the community itself.
What would you change about TibiaNews if you could: I doubt TibiaNews lacks anything at all. All it needs is people to be active around the site, submitting their work to the site and contributing. I guess that that's why I'm submitting my application today.
TibiaNews activity:When did you join TibiaNews?: I think it was in 2008, not sure about the exact date. Though I started to check this site way before I joined as a member.
Do you post regularly?: No, I only post on interesting PoTDs, though I'm planning on changing that. I post very frequently on Pythera's forum though. Also I submitted a work for the Nursey Rhyme Time contest, though I didn't even win applaudes.
Are you planning on becoming an active TibiaNews member?: I can tell, even with a low post count, that I'm already very active. Usually check the site 2 or 3 times a day, but like I said, I'm changing that now. I'll try to be around most of the forums of TibiaNews.
