Have you ever wondered what the future of Tibia could look like? What the possibilities were? The creatures, the lands, the development, the new items, and so much more? Now's your chance to envision a future for Tibia - and get rewarded for it. TibiaNews presents to you: The Future of Tibia Contest! But, what exactly does that mean for you? Well ...

We are asking for the participants of this contest to submit content ideas that they would love to see in a future Tibia update. That can include new cities, themes, monsters, or extreme changes to the already existing world of Tibia, such as vocational changes, or even another promotional upgrade.

Since of course it is difficult to come up with (and especially describe) new content for a game, artwork of any kind is encouraged, although not mandatory, and will not necessarily be a reason why a player wins or loses this contest.

Submissions should include: Backstory, New Lands/Themes, New Monsters, City Style, Possible Loot, etc.

To try and make this contest as enjoyable as possible, TibiaNews will be joined with support by FunTibia, TibiaVenezuela, TibiaNation, and Tibiacity, who will all be donating their fansite items to the players that actually place a spot and win. TibiaBariloche will also support this contest and give away a baby seal doll.

TibiaNews tried to create a contest that is broad enough to get everyone involved that has a creative mind, not just closed to those that can draw, take screenshots, make videos, etc. So, with any ounce of creativity you may have, we encourage you to make it known now!

So ... how do you win?

With six prizes to be given away from six different fansites, the competition will be fierce. But, it will be simple! All votes will be with a judging team from the fansite administrators that are participating in the contest, as well as the added community to vote. (there will be a limit to only one vote per person, and voting will not go live until the very end of the contest!) Both scores will be added up for a list of six potential winners. To try and make the contest so that the winner gets a prize that he or she may want, they will have the choice to pick any of the participating fansite items that are available to them. That will include FunTibia's dread doll, TibiaVenezuela's dragon goblet, TibiaNation's draken doll, Tibiacity's encyclopedia, TibiaNews' golden newspaper and TibiaBariloche's baby seal doll. So, essentially, the prize list looks like this:

1st Place - choice of one of six fansite items
2nd Place - choice of one of the five remaining fansite items
3rd Place - choice of one of the four remaining fansite items
4th Place - choice of one of the three remaining fansite items
5th Place - choice of one of the two remaining fansite item
6th Place - final remaining fansite item

Of course, you cannot steal someone else's idea from the proposal board and claim it as yours. If you do this, you will be disqualified no questions asked. If you are the author of a major contest idea on the proposal board and would like to submit it to this contest, you are able to after verifying that it is your actual proposal.

The contest starts now, and will last until December 4th.
