Last week, we posted an article from our famous reporter Wilfred of Mayhem who wrote a quick guide for valiant knights, based on his own experiences hunting with Galadriel of Lothlorien.  Now, we have here the long-awaited reply from a lady herself: A quick guide for fair maidens, based on the experiences of Sappie hunting with a guy. Enjoy :)

Hunting with a Guy
Hunting with a guy is not always as easy as it sounds. Men are irrational, unpredictable creatures and should be treated as such. This is a guide for all those girls wandering the worlds of Tibia.

In General
Guys hunt for experience; Their main goal in Tibia is to get a higher level and better skills. They try to get as tough and strong as possible, with the sole purpose of impressing us, the ladies.

The preparations
Before embarking on a huntingtrip make sure you bring enough nice food such as cherries, carrots and rolls. It is of vital importance that your male hunting partner is fed well. (With a full belly he is less likely to get grumpy and annoyed.)

Bring lots of healing runes to secretly heal your huntingpartner. At some point or other he will be low on hp, but wont heal himself. This is only natural: he is showing off his strength to you. The best way to deal with such silly behaviour is to smile and heal him.


Still 1200 hp left? Yeah right, machoman!

Dressing
Dress nice in order to draw attention, but never forget it's your sparkling personality that counts and not the way you look.

If you wear a noble armor your bra-straps will show, it would not be smart to wear such an armor since it might distract your hunting partner from the hunt and put you both in great danger. Should you own a DSM, put it on display in your house and not on your body, since the golden buttons on the upper torso are most unhappily situated.

The best armor to show off slender shoulders would be a scale armor and if the gods have been generous in your bust-departement go for a crown armor.

Is it not the bust but the ass you're well endowed with? Then a blue robe might be in order to cover it up.

Crown and golden legs draw attention to the hips, wear them only if you have the body for it...

Knight legs are a nice allrounder, just be sure not to wear them in combination with a knight armor to avoid the pijama-look!

Choose a helmet which enhances your natural beauty. Don't ever make the classic 'devil helmet-mistake', rather go for a magicians hat (or the similar looking hat of the mad), which doesn't cover the face and suits almost everybody.

Boots of Haste are pretty and comfortable, they are the nicest shoes in the realm of Tibia. If those are not available to you though, don't wear leather boots; Leather boots are ugly and make you look masculin! Try sandals instead.

The Hunt
Pick a nice hunting spot. Make sure you don't end up in a smelly dark cave, but rather in the mountains or near a pretty lake.

It is not the destination, but the journey to get there that's most rewarding. Guys often forget to enjoy Tibia, show them the beauty of it.

While chatting with your hunting partner, don't expect any friendly remarks... In fact don't even expect a reply at all. Most likely he needs some time to think about what you've said and pretends to be busy. Just let him finish off whatever monster he chose to battle and then gently urge him to express his feelings in the matter.

Make sure to always have your VIP-list open, in case one of your friends logs in. You have a social duty in the community, hunting is no excuse to neglect that.

Always allow him every chance to show off, it's important for a guy to feel strong.

Don't let him be the boss over you though. You are an independent individual and just as smart as any guy, probably smarter. If you want to have a look around, just do it. If you get sick of the long way to Draconia, just log. He might be grumpy at first, but he will surely forgive you.

Remember that your smile is your most powerful weapon.

The Aftermath
Guys always stress over how to share the loot. Just take the pretty items.

Last but not least: try to have him drag backpacks of empty runes and food to your house before you say goodbye, so you can make a new batch of runes for the next hunt.
