Hi, I am Solkrin, and I am the leader of the customer support team.
I have chosen the Venore swamp troll dungeon because, in a way, this is where Tibia really started for me. True, I had passed through Rookgaard before that like everybody else, but somehow that went quite smoothly and I do not remember much of it today. This dungeon, though, is a different matter. I finally found it after wandering around aimlessly for quite a while, and being too lazy (or scared) to go somewhere else I levelled there for ages. I have got tons of fond memories of the place. For example, I remember how I ran into my first pk there. He attacked me without provocation, but being even more of a noob than me he could not finish the job. I remember how I ran after him all the way right up to Venore, trembling with indignation.
Oh, and how good it felt when I managed to kill that ghoul for the first time! I have always wondered what his story was, down there in his hidden little chamber. Whenever I go down there it is like I am visiting an old friend.
